What to do when I try to download my printer and computer says I have a missing file?? I have no clue what I can do, can someone please help? Thanks,Cheryl

Uninstall the printer software and reinstall again it would be fine but check the CD of printer software properly or go to printer's web site download and install the latest software.To get a tech support visit www.iYogi.net
