What to do when I try to download my printer and computer says I have a missing file?? I have no clue what I can do, can someone please help? Thanks,Cheryl

I'm assuming you mean you are trying to INSTALL your printer. Does it say what file is missing? What are you doing to install it? Is it a new printer? What make and model? Generally, printers come with all you need to install them, so its possible you may not being doing it right. That's why we need to know what you are doing. HTH Scott<> P.S. Downloading is the process of transferring files from a remote PC to your PC. When you are adding software or hardware to your system its installing. You may first download the software, but that's a separate process.
