Would killing a person in normal circumstances cease to be wrong if the majority decided it is not wrong? If not why not?

Human life is going to have less and less value as the Climate Crisis and pollution and the woes of overpopulation poison our environment. According to experiments, rats slow down reproduction when conditions become overcrowded. Apparently, not so with some groups of human beings. As for your question, it is not normally approved of to kill human beings because that is the viewpoint of the major cultures. Killing is left to the powerful who are given the right by government. What do you mean by majority? A lynch mob?? The "majority" decides....the government that arises after a coup? As you can possible understand, there are too many human beings on earth, and that causes terrible problems. We need mandatory sterilization or horrific disease or lotsa wars to kill off millions and millions. Time is running out. Your scenario may come to be:: killing others for clean water, clean air, etc etc etc. It's ok then to kill others to survive. jack
