what exercises i can do at home and also at the gym with machines and by myself to improve my lower back pain which is there due to excess weight and my chest area to develop it and improve its Elasticity.

According to my doctor i have damaged my breast area due to stretch marks as i have had history of gaining and losing weight fast so i have damaged the area's elasticity but i refuse to believe that. There MUST BE some way to fix that upper area.

Hello: One has too remember and make a definate mental note. Your physician has on hand at his or her posession, your medical records and any testing material you have taken, your physician is a licensed medical professional, any diagnosis the physician has made should only be redirected by another professional that can full access your medical condition with quality assurance, that you will be doing the very best techniques for your safety and continued good health.
I would get another professional physician's opinion, and if the account of what your first physician says is true, ask too speak directly too Physical Theraphy, they are qualifyed in helping one with medical problems regaiin their strenght and working without causing further trauman/damage to the area.
Also, many Insurance Co.'s will help with the cost.
Together, both medical teams will know how too treat your problem, the very best way too provide you freedom from the discomfort.
Another professional too ask about would be a Dietitian, they can provide you with the very best diet that fits your needs, and will be willing too work with a Nurse on their staff that will gladly weigh you in on scheduled times.

This is my very best opinion. Please let me know if there is anything further that I can assist you with. Please let me know what you found out.

Very Best too you,
