The real danger to the Republic is from the Right (crypto-Nazi's, Religious Zealots, lying spinners and angry men who are haters. There is no danger from *Moderates* who have **accepted** the Liberal programs since the thirties:: laws to govern the money markets, social security, medicare, anti-pollution laws, VA housing benefits, and so on. Have you no shame? Angry crypto-Nazis here for the most part.

I'm not sure if your reading my answers and really don't agree with me or perhaps my replies lack substance....anyway the reason I don't sign up as an expert in this catagory is because personally I don't think of myself as having enough political background or indepth knowledge of poltical history to thoroughly help others. My real qualifications of expertese is in Judaism, Religion, The Bible, and Terrorism. If answerway has a Physical Fitness board (I have not looked) I'll eventually get around to signing up as an expert there as well. IMHO, as a Democrat (becoming more Independent), some of those programs are really needed. Many Republicans are more likely to reform (tweak) some of the better programs, do away with some and/or replace them with other incentives with perhaps a higher qualification standard (which I'm all for). The subject of programs (various types) is a good topic. I suggest bringing a specific program up and having a round table discussion. Bobby
