Indulge me if you will while I make an exception here and speak to this from Christian theology.

The first assertion is false because spirits (the "souls" of humanity and of angels)- though having a beginning via God's creation- are everlasting upon inception.

The second assertion would seem to be true.

The third assertion would also seem to be true.

The fourth assertion would be false when applied to the inception of spirits.
