Danger to the Republic Chouxxx 09/13/04
The real danger to the Republic is from the Right (crypto-Nazi's, Religious Zealots, lying spinners and angry men who are haters.

There is no danger from *Moderates* who have **accepted** the Liberal programs since the thirties:: laws to govern the money markets, social security, medicare, anti-pollution laws, VA housing benefits, and so on.

    Have you no shame?
Angry crypto-Nazis here for the most part.

Elliot, hypocrisy just doesn't seem to quite cover it...how about 'neo-hypocrisy'?

I considered that DK, but 'crypto' implies secrecy, and this is a brazen, in your face type of hypocrisy. And besides, 'neohyps' has a nice ring to it...remember, you heard it here first :)

Choux,

I love it, you sound just like John-John and the rest of the whacko lefties. I've been trying to come up with a term for this phenomenon for days, so maybe you can help. What would you call the act of engaging in the very tactic you're complaining about, while you're complaining about it? For instance, your trying to shame us while engaging in shameful behavior...

Steve
