There would be no human beings. In other words, a beautiful terrific world!!!

Conscousness is the only reason human beings overwhelmed Creation and overpopulated it via all the inventions that gave humans an advantage.

A human being without consciousness would be one of our ancestors whose skeletal remains have been found by archaeologists.
