An incumbent, well-liked Senator and Bush war supporter cannot even get re-nominated in his party's primary election, and the interest was so high in voting against the war by voting against Loserman, that the turnout was higher than previous turnouts for presidential-senatorial elections! Oh, oh. Crucial election only 3 minths away. Oh, oh.

I wonder if part of the increased turnout were Democrats that normally don't vote in an off year primary, but came out trying to save Leiberman?
