    Is it good to have laws that can't be, or aren't being enforced?

I believe that it is detrimental to all laws to keep those which will not be enforced.

They should either be enforced...or removed.

Whey they remain, they become obscure and used selectively only against those that are disliked. Then justice is no longer "blind" but unjustly applied.
