Hello war dudes: Do you think the Iraqis are better off since we invaded? Forget, for a moment, that you desperately want them to be (so do I), but are they? Is their future better now than it was under Saddam? Me? I think they were screwed under Saddam, but I think they're more screwed now. You can change your mind, you know. Even O'Reilly is starting to criticize Bush on Iraq. excon

I think so excon. Now they have hope and interest to change things. It will take awhile but I believe it will come about . No one but the cronies of Saddam had any kind of decent life before. Everyone was up to his demands, at any time. Surely you don't thing all those chanters walking with Saddam's picture on election day, were doing that by choice...? Unless of course the choice was between living and not... No more paper shredders to put live bodies through. No more rapes followed by torture and murder at the desire of Saddam's 'boys. Much better off. I've read lots of articles with the Iraqi's saying that. The articles that don't are the ones aimed solely at destroying president Bush - regardless....
