    A customer profile is when a business gathers information on a consumer, their behaviours, attitudes & so forth. This has many advantages & disadvantages.

    What are the ethical concerns of such?

"Investors want management to make sensible financial decisions that will boost sales, profits and returns on their investments. Customers expect that firm's products will be safe, reliable and reasonably priced.

"Concern for ethics can dwindle under the pressure of low and declining profit. In such circumstances, ethical behavior is most likely to be compromised."

* F.Y.I. Do you know that you can almost tell how solvent a corporation is by looking at said corporation's bond rating? All it takes is glancing at a Standard & Poor's Stock Guide. Bond prices etc. are listed in the back. (Just make sure it's the latest issue!) On balance, it's best to see a Broker before investing!
