What do you mean when a guy say, "I'm sort of a brush and flush guy"? I remember the speaker and anther person (female) were talking about having a bath (not together) right before. And it sounded awkward or inappropriate.

*LOL* Well, CT, once again you've come up with something really strange. A "brush and flush" means that he just ran a wet brush through his hair and used the toilet and considered that sufficient preparation. The speaker is indicating that he's not into personal grooming on an esoteric level. He just does enough to get by.
