unemployment and a past commission check	sunnier	01/18/04
if I received a past commission check and I am getting unemployment(for a week) (this check is for work done a month ago.) how do I report it on the form as far as relating it to them properly. is it necessary to report taxed commission? thanks

Clarification/Follow-up by sunnier on 01/27/04 5:31 pm: it's so confusing as i called the department and I cant seem to get a straight answer out of them-if the money wasnt earned during the time frame that I am covering I dont know how to do log it. your answer seem feasible and a friend of mine okayed it. this is california and they are different there. it takes about 1/2hour to get through to them/if at all;so Fr_Chuck is there anything you know about california? Glad it worked out for you, sorry I could not be 100 percent sure, I was 95 percent sure, but since it would be your benifits at risk, I would never want to harm another with bad advice.
