it's so confusing as i called the department and I cant seem to get a straight answer out of them-if the money wasnt earned during the time frame that I am covering I dont know how to do log it. your answer seem feasible and a friend of mine okayed it. this is california and they are different there. it takes about 1/2hour to get through to them/if at all;so Fr_Chuck is there anything you know about california? Clarification/Follow-up by sunnier on 01/31/04 2:33 pm: i finally checked it out with them and Fr_Chuck was right;it matter when you made that money not when the check arrived.

They are right in the fact that California could be different, Each state manages thier own system and all have different rules and laws. This is the current system in GA and TN, and was past system in several other states.
But you may have to just break down and go down to thier office for a face to face meeting. This is really the best thing to do, and what I should have added to my orginal answer.
Sorry, but I can not give you a for sure answer for California. |
