it's so confusing as i called the department and I cant seem to get a straight answer out of them-if the money wasnt earned during the time frame that I am covering I dont know how to do log it.
your answer seem feasible and a friend of mine okayed it. this is california and they are different there. it takes about 1/2hour to get through to them/if at all;so Fr_Chuck is there anything you know about california?

      Clarification/Follow-up by sunnier on 01/31/04 2:33 pm:
i finally checked it out with them and Fr_Chuck was right;it matter when you made that money not when the check arrived.

What is reported is money "earned" that week.
Even if not paid that week.
Now money earned from previous weeks work.
