etical issues of drug testing AhmadBalkhi 10/14/05
what are the ethical issues related to drug testing?

People using drugs are more prone to have bad work habits. Also many ocupations have government regulations on the employers that they have a drug free work place.

The drug user over all, uses more days off, don't stay as long on the job, costs more on company health plans.

Also those arrested for that crime can bring bad public notice of a business.

The ethical issue is why someone who uses drugs would lie to work for a place that does not want to hire drug uses??
