I am looking for a good, reliable, and safe email provider because I don't want to use the one associated with my online service provider and I am more than willing to pay for excellent service. I just don't know where to look. The one thing I would LOVE to have is a provider that allows you to "track" your email to see if or when it has been read. I found www.bigstring.com but it is v-e-r-y s-l-o-w and if you send an email to several people it will only show the ip addresses of those that have read it so you are stuck with apples (addresses) and oranges (ip addresses) which does you no good at all. I am not a techie so I don't know computer jargon. I will now be using email for much more than communication but would like to be able to forward emails with very small movies or pictures in them. I also use it for all of my banking information so I do want it to be secure. I REALLY appreciate your help, I have been trying to find something on my own for years with no luck! I don't know of any e-mail provider that provides tracking outside their own members. And few that even go that far. However, there are some services like readnotify.com that provide tracking services for a fee. As for e-mail services. I use Yahoo and Gmail without problems. HTH Scott<>
