Is Plasticine still used in school. The school keeps asking for it but all i am seeing is modeling clay.

Plastecine is also called plasteline or plastellina. It is an oil base clay that never hardens.
I order mine from http://www.factorysource.net/artchemical.html
but there are other brands and other sources. It's cheaper to order cases from the manufacturer than to get it at hobby stores, but you might check your local hobby store for other brands.
Schools generally have supply catalogs. They have better prices too. |
