my recess light won't turn on, even i reset the circuit breaker.

Hello Randy, There are a few things that will keep a light from working. The light bulb could be burned out. There may be a lose connection where the wires tie into the light especially if your light is on a circuit with other lights. Check out all possibilities. When in dought always ask a professional.
