How would you punish those who don't vote? Whether it be a fine or summary execution, I would run in the next election as someone who would get rid of the complusory vote, and I would win in a landslide. "Make your last vote count - Vote for the Terminator" Get it? Terminate the compulsory vote? Landslide I tell you.
