China vs. the EU Ccl471 06/09/05
Around the year 2010 or a little later, China's GDP is projected to exceed that of the U.S.

Also, I believe that the EU's GDP will soon surpass that of the U.S.

So between China and the EU, which one will lead the world in terms of GDP for the next 15 years? 25 years? 50 years or more?

    Many thanks,

    C.L.

I have read those same stats. IT is
funny. For China to surpass the US,
it would have to have 500x the quality
it does now, better human rights
laws, and drop Communism. That is not
likely to happen.

Thus, China will never even get out of the
starting gate IF ALL COMPONENTS ARE reviewed
accurately.

IT can sell $15 B worth of goods but if
their real value is much higher than their
current sales price, if they are dumping
it will bit them in the ass.

I claim they will go nowhere fast.

ONE cannot hit the neighbor's kid in the head with a ping pong paddle every hour
and ask to earn the Nobel Peace prize.

Just cause Bushy has offered China
favored nation status does not mean
they get to keep it.

When they do not, they will enter
a depression instantly.

in my opinion.
