dear sir please can you tell me how to deal with puss pimples, i am a construction engineer and hence i sweat alot and my skin gets oily sometimes, when i am at home i use a facewash and my skin feels clean but when i dont get time, the puss pimples start coming , yesterday there was only one small white colour puss pimple, but as i work, and due to stress and all , i rubbed my face by mistake and in the evening when i look in mirror i find 3 new puss pimples now by the time , they go , a new one pops up somewhere else on my face, i cannot wash my face when i am at work ,as i am on site , and so also there is alot of dust i know that i should not rub pimples, but sometimes it happens by mistake please can you help me , i have the common puss pimple, there is nothing abnormal but i searched net and most text was on how to prevent, i want to know how to deal with them, make them go away and then prevent them from happening again pls advice thanks prakash

buy clearasil and dab it on them.
