Hello,
Could you please tell me whether there exists such a word as "annualy," which can be used as a noun?
One of my English-Japanese electronic dictionaries has the word in it. It says as follows:
annualy / noun
an annual publication
I know the words "annual" and "annually," but I've never encountered such a word as "annualy." None of my other dictionaries has the word "annualy" in it.
I strongly believe it's misspelled.
Also, this dictionary has the following:
commitee satelite controled area baloon pumping
They all seem misspelled to me. I really would like to make sure whether the words above really exist.
I appreciate your help.

I strongly agree with Schoolmarm's reply. All of the words you listed (including annualy) are misspelled, and annually (the correct spelling) is never a noun, always an adverb. If this dictionary contains all of these errors, it probably has many more. Do not use it. |
