death of my husband death and compensation |

my husband died because he was neglacted by the doctor, what compansation i can get from the law suit. i have two children, my mother in law, his 2 brother and sister. |

Proving he was neglected will be the issue. You will have to show by getting medical professionals to testify for you, including normally staff involved in his treatment, that he recieved less than standard and acceptable care.
Even then it has to be shown that the doctor was at fault.
The majority of the claims are settled by the doctors insurance company if there is any merit to them. Some settled if there is little merit, but if it would be cheaper to settle than to go to court.
Most are seldom "big million dollar" settlements.
YOu will need to contact an attorney in your state that handles malpractice cases.
They will investigate and see if there is any evidence to support your claim.
