AIDS law DTHEMAN 03/02/05
do you know if there are any laws against intimacy/sex with someone who has AIDS?

From everything I have heard their rights to privacy makes it okay for someone to spread AIDS without telling their 'partner'.
It definitely is not against the law for someone to knowingly have sex with someone with AIDS.
I have heard stories of people that knowingly had AIDS and purposely spread it to prostitutes (I think the one case was in Texas) or people they had something against. I think they can get in trouble for purpose and willful intent of spreading AIDS.
