Hi! In my Grade 11 English class, I have to do a 15 presentation on any topic. Since I am interested in crime (not commiting crime; I enjoy reading about cases), I am pondering about doing my presentation on an area of crime. I was thinking of maybe taking a case, and talkingabout the psychological problems a serial killer has.
Can you guys please give me some more ideas? Thanks a lot |

Hi Soccerstar! Offhand, I'd say you should check out first a website that's also a personal favorite of mine when I'm in the mood for detailed & insightful crime stories, both real-life and fictional - CourtTV's CrimeLibrary (http://www.crimelibrary.com).
It features mostly US cases, but also some from other countries like the UK, Australia, and the like, and it's a very searchable/navigable site where the crime categories are quite clear, and there are also tons of references/sources/links to choose from within it too, so this site may be able to give you some ideas . . .
I do have to tell you though that it is kind of graphic/gory, and I would hope that you not get any weird ideas from it yourself, given that at 11th grade you might still be on either the impressionable or the sensitive side.
Good luck on your assignment!
