A captian is the one who has a proper hold of his team. Keeping in mind that good player and good captain are not same. A good captain is the one who uses his players at the right time, places his fielders in the right positions at the right time and most important of all, trusts on his players abilities and also makes them trust him. Also he will remain cool and calm under pressure and keeps his cool, like Steve Waugh (ICE MAN) and Rana tunga. Basically any one with strong mind makes a good captain.
