Successfully installed the software FLA RES ENERGYGAUGE,Ver 4.51 .When I double-click on the icon, Iget this error message: ERROR WHILE UNPACKING SOFTWARE.CODE LP5. PLEASE REPORT TO AUTHOR.i called the software company. Yhey told me to remove all my virus,firewall and spyware protection, and reinstall the software. I followed all the instructions, but received the same error message. They sent me a new disc.same problem. What is wrong with my computer? Jerry

well there is something on the install not going into the windows registry file. since normally disabling your anti-virus/firewall should be enough, since u didnt say what windows version u have hard to give proper answer. best i would suggest the following put machine into safe mode via f8 key on startup run a full scan using adaware SE and windows defender restart in normal mode try and install fails run a defrag if still fails do start run type in sfc /scannow it might require your windows install cd.
