You say "the" 10, but there are not a specific 10 but many foods high in carbohydrates. Remember they are the sugars and starchs. Starches are digested into sugars. Some excellent sources of carbs include potatoes, rice, legumes (beans), pasta, oatmeal, pita bread, pretzels, tortillas, cereals, barley, and on and on. Hope this helps; MisterBio |
