Does anybody know the name of the program that converts macintosh files into pc files? |

As VG said, you may not need to convert. Most file formats cross platforms. Files like JPGs, GIFs, TXTs, and others are the same on both platforms.
The issue is more a matter of getting the file from the MAC to the PC and vice versa. MACs can read and write Windows formatted disks (including USB drives and CDs) or you can just e-mail. If you are going MAC to PC, make sure to include the extension.
If the issue is a format unique to a particular application, see if that application exports to a more universal format.
