Best way to Take Co Q 10 pills	headranger	03/05/05
Iam male, 60 yrs old. I am starting to take a daily Co Q 10 supplement. I read that its best to take with some fat like a tsp of olive oil or fish oil. Neither of those sound too good. How about with a little peanut butter?? Or, what ideas suggestions do you have for me?? Thanks, George in SF

Co Q10 is available in a soft gel capsule.The co Q in these capsules are usually suspended in an olive oil base.
