| Goji Juice |

I received an email from a company selling goji juice. They say that the famed Li Qing Yuen, who lived to the age of 252, ate Himilayan goji berries every day.
They say he lived from 1678 to 1930. Have you heard of goji berries? Do you know if drinking goji juice can make me live much longer than the average person?
Many thanks,
C.L. |

they can't hurt you ,but you can probably get the same health benifits from eating cranberries or lycium berries(which the goji is related to).The goji supposedly taste like a cross between a cranberry ,and a cherry .Goji berries are a source of carotenoids,They contain 500 times the amount of vitamin C, by weight, than oranges .They also contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, and vitamin E.
Goji berries have been traditionally regarded as a longevity, strength-building, and sexual potency food.
