I've heard that melatonin can be used for anti-aging. Is that true? Can you tell me more about melatonin and anti-aging? Many thanks, C.L.

Hello: This drug was first introduced as a wonder drug to help those with a problem in sleeping disorders. Seems by getting the sleep one would look younger and refreshed. However, the full protocal on this drug has not passed all the necessary findings to claim it does anything to stop aging. I would check with my physician, and or pharmacist and see if they know the Food and Drug recommendations results, and specially with your physician if this drug is good and correct for you. bal317
