Hi there sorry for the delay, but here is an excerp from a web site, and later on, Mizuki comes back with a vengeance with some improved powers, but Naruto kicks his butt again of course. Enjoy:

Mizuki: No Panacea For Power
At first glance Mizuki appears to be a kind, compassionate and intelligent man. He was a teacher in the Ninja Academy alongside Iruka and seemed to be doing fine. He even suggested that they pass Naruto even though he failed to produce one operable clone. It was Naruto's third try at that exam, after all, and it was a clone regardless. But Iruka staunchly refused to lower his passing standards, and Naruto flunked. When Mizuki found Naruto licking his wounds, Mizuki further ingratiated himself to Naruto by telling him not to hold the failure against Iruka, as Iruka himself was an orphan. He also enticed Naruto with a "special secret" which would help him graduate. As it turned out, this secret concerned a very large scroll filled with a series of forbidden Jutsus. Mizuki coaxed Naruto into stealing the scroll for him but never realized that Naruto would hide in the woods and study it in private.

There wasn't the slightest suspicion in Naruto's mind that his teacher had something nefarious planned. In reality, Mizuki wanted nothing more than to have this scroll for himself: the Jutsus within it would imbue him an inestimable level of power. Mizuki actually alerted the third Hokage about Naruto's theft and acted as one of the recovery ninjas. Mizuki would have killed Naruto and made it look like he had escaped the village with the scroll, had Iruka not stumbled upon the boy first. As Naruto explained his side of the story Mizuki’s knavery soon became clear to Iruka. Soon after this realization, Mizuki attacked.

Naruto could now see Mizuki for the conniving weasel he really was: Mizuki spared no mercy as he bore the ugly truth to Naruto. Mizuki held nothing back in his tirade: he claimed that the whole village hated Naruto, Iruka hated him and he would never be accepted. There followed a fearsome and bloody battle between the two teachers. Mizuki edged out in the fight and when he was about to finish him off he proceeded with his histrionics against Naruto [not realizing Naruto was right there]. At first Iruka seemed to be agreeable with Mizuki's statements but we find out this is not true.

Iruka lauds Naruto and claims that he is no longer the Demon Fox that Yondaime sealed away. Furthermore, although Naruto is a lonely boy he is an excellent student and a true member of Konoha. Then, as Mizuki was about to kill Iruka, Naruto jumped in and kicked him square in the face. Naruto's short time in the woods was enough for him to learn one new forbidden Jutsu: the Kage Bunshin. This was much more than Mizuki could handle and suffice it to say that Naruto had effectively eliminated the betrayer with his new technique. Thus far in the manga nothing has been said of Mizuki and his disgrace to Konoha.
