Some honey are very expensive while others can be quite cheap, which supposedly corresponds to their respective quality. How is the quality of a particular honey determined?
Some types of honey crystallize after some time. Has the tendency to crystallize any relation to the quality of a honey.
Is there any way to reduce or prevent a honey from crystallizing?

First of all I recommend you to google a bit around for particulars, because you have a serious point here.
As far as I learned, its about the manufacturing ,the handling process. Biologically, nearest to nature handling of the process would imply crystallizing of the honey. More sophisticated handling of the honey during the process would result in a more remote chance crystallizing.
So,anyway, the most natural produced and handled honey would crystallize.
Its a matter of choice which brand youd prefer. |
